Since every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues like incorrect size selection or change of mind. We only offer replacements or refunds for orders that meet the following criteria:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds are not available for minor variations in print color or size that can occur during the manufacturing process.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email with your order details. All products are made to order. Please allow a standard processing time of 5-7 business days before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, delivery typically takes an additional 7-14 business days, depending on your location in India. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped. Any delays caused by courier partners are outside of our direct control, but we will assist in resolving any issues that arise.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has entered the production phase, it can no longer be canceled.
All inquiries related to orders, complaints, or updates should be directed to our official channels (WhatsApp Business or email). We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. We expect all communication to be respectful; any abusive or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
